Customer Pickups

Pick up days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 7.30am-3.30pm (except for public holidays).
NO pick-ups on Mondays

A text message is sent to customers the Friday prior to ship week to advise them their order is ready for collection.

Orders not picked up by noon on the Friday will be shipped to the customer the following Monday. The added cost for the boxes and freight will be added to the customers invoices.

Orders cannot be held until the following week.

Ball Australia delivers to business Australia wide to all metro and most regional areas, using several nominated transport services.

Ball Dispatch & Trolley


Orders are packed in purpose-designed cartons with effective ventilation holes, to reduce the impact of transport from our nursery to yours.

Product are able to be shipped on trolleys to selected regions only.

Plants are packaged with the greatest of care. They are checked before shipping to ensure they meet high quality control standards.

To maintain the best from your plants once they are delivered, remove them from the boxes and place them in a suitable location to acclimatise.

Our aim is to get the product to you as quickly as possible to reduce any loss of condition to plants whilst in transit.

Please Note when ordering plugs the following minimums apply:
Plug orders require a 4 tray minimum order or $500 minimum order value



Orders are sent via Australia Post as express mail, Monday to Friday.

Please Note when ordering seed the following minimums apply:

  • Standard postage rates apply - Seed postage costs $20 per order/invoice
  • Minimum seed order quantities apply - Seed orders require a minimum of $20 per line item and $100 per invoice
